My daughter is not an easy student to tutor. Math has always been her difficult subject. She previously tried a different tutor and left feeling more frustrated and down on herself. I convinced her to try Zachary and give it one more chance. Throughout her lesson she was happily talking, smiling, and understanding the concepts. She passed her test the next day with an 86%. That is truly an awesome grade for a student that has always severely struggled in math. Great math tutors are hard to come. Zachary W. happens to be one of those magnificent tutors truly worth his weight in gold. I hope to use him in the future when my daughter needs help again in math. Excellent tutor, worth the high praise
Zach is super talented and worth every five star, gushing review. Our son has never enjoyed math and has never felt he was good at it, but after meeting with Zach over two months, he has grown in ability and confidence. We engaged Zach to help prepare our son for his SAT, and his personable, positive approach kept our kid interested and willing to come back for more. And it paid off with a fifty point gain on the SAT and a six(!) point gain on his ACT. Those gains are worth more than the numbers… we would’ve paid far more to help our son realize that he’s more capable than he thinks. We have not had other tutors, but Zach has to be a rare bird… a gem for sure.

Patient and engaging
One of the major concerns my son had was that the tutoring session would be a waste of his time. I could tell from listening in that Zachary was very patient, did a good job of identifying where my son was struggling and went over a number of different math problems. He has scheduled another session with Zachary to review the math problems and to get assistance on the upcoming section.
