I am a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Indiana with a strong academic and professional foundation in accounting and taxation. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting and my Master of Science in Taxation from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, graduating with high academic distinction. I successfully completed all four sections of the Uniform CPA Examination with scores ranging from the low to mid-90s, including a 96 on Business Environment and Concepts and a 95 on Regulation. Based on my exam performance, I earned a top-10 CPA exam score ranking in the state of Indiana for the year I sat for the exam. I have around 5 years of professional experience.

In addition to my professional work, I have experience tutoring Financial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting I at the Kelley School of Business. I worked with undergraduate students in one-on-one and small-group settings, helping them understand topics such as financial statements, accrual accounting, revenue recognition, adjusting entries, and exam preparation strategies. Many of the students I supported were encountering accounting concepts for the first time, so I focused on building a strong conceptual foundation and increasing their confidence through guided practice and clear explanations.

My tutoring approach is patient, structured, and adaptable to each student’s learning style. I emphasize understanding the “why” behind accounting rules rather than memorization, and I regularly connect academic material to real-world applications from my professional experience. My goal is to help students not only improve their performance in class, but also develop the problem-solving skills and confidence needed to succeed in future coursework and careers.
