I am Wendy Sagesse, and i am from Haiti. I moved in the US since 2008 following to my second year attending Haiti State University in the pursuit of my Electrical Engineering degree. Since I moved here, tutoring became my primary means of income. I've done it for some educational institutions such as the college I was enrolled in, DACC, as well as an independent tutor. I have four years of experience as a tutor, so I understand that the misunderstanding of a subject matter is sometimes...

I have four years of experience as a tutor, so I understand that the misunderstanding of a subject matter is sometimes related to the learning style of the student in question.

While working for Danville Area Community College, I successfully demonstrated my ability to relate to the student and to adopt new learning style as a way of adjusting to the student's feedback. While some relate tutoring as a way of earning money, I see it as an opportunity to make a difference in the student's life by working as hard as possible to help the student succeed with EXCELLENCE.

I have been programming in C for 9 years. As an electrical engineer, C language is on of the foundation programming language for us. Besides, i have been using it with allegro and OpenGL for video game implementation just as a hobby. I have also used it and taught it in a Discrete Logic class and also with Verilog (Logic Design with HDL).

I am more than qualified because I have been teaching and tutoring Differential Equations for 9 years. As an engineer, the Differential Equations course constitutes a core tool for Control System, Signal Processing, Micro Electronics and various other specializing courses I have taken back in school. Also, I have been using Differential Equations as a tool to prove theorems in Transmission Lines and RF (Radio Frequency) applications. More importantly, my teaching skills has contributed to the success of many engineering, Mathematics, Physics students from every university I have ever worked.
