Before graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a discipline in Political Science, I was a recipient of the Civic Engagement Award from The Washington Center for Academic Internships as a government relations intern at a prominent Washington, DC lobbying and consulting firm. Immediately following my college graduation, I returned to that firm as a Legislative Assistant for over two years.
Prior to, and occasionally during, my college career, I participated in approximately 15 different political campaigns in various capacities at all levels of government.
