I am the kind of tutor who loves to take on students that have a dream just a little too big but something they just can't stop thinking about that they have a need to build. I believe in taking that core idea and distilling it down into something that brings the truest version of those dreams into a reality. I want to help students reach those moments of epiphany where everything just clicks.

My own journey started with a raspberry pi computer that I got for my birthday and ever since that I caught the programming and maker bug. I went from starting with a blinking LED to trying to build my own 3D rendering engine with Pygame. I realized that the math was difficult so I learned to start simple and try to create a program to view 3d objects in orthogonal mode so far away things are the same size to make the math simple but you can still move them. later when I hit college, I joined the math and engineering club where we all worked together to build a motorized telescope. we had a blast learning to work together within a budget. it was nice because it was an open sourced project so all the instructions were already there like Lego and we just needed to order parts and wire it up and flash the programming. we learned how to divide tasks into parts by each of us 3d printing separate parts and bringing them together the next time we met.
When we work together, you can think of me like a guiding mentor who will lead you to ask the right questions to get to the answer. I will challenge you to question your assumptions, or ask if there are faster or better ways to do something, and help you when you get stuck with hints.
whether we are working on a simple temperature sensor to your most ambitious robot project, I am there to help you in any way that I can.
