I have a teaching approach that is relaxed and structured at the same time. I am easy going with students. For example, I am willing to work with students of many different learning styles, and utilize many types of activities and lesson plans. However, I expect maximum effort from my students. I feel that a teacher needs to be a motivator as well as a educator, and I strive to motivate students to learn and maximize their talents on a daily basis.
I have worked extensively with high school aged students, but have extensive coaching experience at both the high school and middle school level. I feel that a student is a student, regardless of the age. Therefore, I am willing to tutor students of all ages and learning abilities, and will do my best to maximize their learning abilities.
