My experience in teaching goes back to 1997. At that time I was in a band, in which I wrote my own drum parts. Also giving lessons to a few students, I realized that was my passion. I loved to see someone learning and enjoying what they learned. Since then I’ve played in many bands while always teaching a handful of students.
Having over 30 years of experience playing drums, I’m full of knowledge in many styles from rock to jazz. I have learned from many drummers from my idols as a kid to taking jazz lessons from Scott Merril, a very good drummer from Berklee College of Music. Performing in many bands from rock to jazz, original to cover bands, I have the experience to teach others to succeed.
