I recently graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelor's degree in history. My thesis was on King Philip's War, the 17th century conflict between English colonists and Native Americans. I am quite familiar with American history, but have also studied modern European history, Japanese history, Biblical history and public policy. As a senior in high school I was an assistant history teacher in modern European history and tutored other students on the side as well. I have also worked as an assistant English teacher in Japan when I studied abroad in Kyoto. I was recently accepted into an archaeological excavation program in Greece and am considering post graduated education in history.

Since I was a kid, I have been fascinated by history and read as much as I could get my hands on. I enjoy working with people who share similar interests and love to see them grow in their knowledge and appreciate of history and government. I look forward to working with you soon!
