The sciences can be difficult, and many teachers lack the passion and planning to make it come alive. I pride myself in making difficult content more relevant and applicable to students. Additionally, I have many study strategies that I used throughout my academic career and with my students that I would be happy to share with you. With my help, you will be more equipped to succeed in sciences and in life.
I graduated from Wheaton College with a 3.75 GPA and Summa Cum Laude recognition. As a Biology and Secondary Education Major, I took a wide range of science courses and passed every one of them. My specific concentration was in Anatomy and Physiology, but I took several courses in Botany and Chemistry. I taught Biology (including Anatomy, Physiology, and Botany) and Chemistry for 6 years at the secondary level.
