These sessions strengthened both their comprehension and my own mastery, as I used the same active-learning strategies in my own studies.
In addition to tutoring peers, I also have experience working with younger students. I participated in a volunteer program at my former elementary school, assisting children during after-school hours in subjects such as math and science. Through this experience, I learned how to adapt my teaching style to different ages, ability levels, and learning needs, ensuring that students stayed engaged and confident.
I am currently a dental student, which has further expanded my scientific background and solidified my ability to break down complex topics into manageable, understandable steps.
