I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in May of 2013 with a degree in Elementary Education. My concentration was in mathematics and I also obtain a middle school endorsement. After graduating, I worked as a substitute teacher for a short while in Thomasboro. Then, I was hired in January to be a full time Title I Math teacher in the Tolono community. The majority of all of my students met their goal and became more successful in math, a subject most of them have been struggling with for a long time.
