I've been tutoring for over four years across a variety of settings, from one-on-one sessions to group study, paid and volunteer. I've helped students raise their grades significantly in Honors Chemistry, supported younger students in building math confidence at my local library, taught STEM subjects at my high school as a paid tutor, and mentored teammates in physics through Science Olympiad and Science Bowl. As an engineering student, I know first hand how important a good conceptual understanding of the material is, and as a tutor that is always my priority.
I'm organized and have experience meeting students where they are (I've tutored every grade from Kindergarten to 12th grade). But most importantly, I am patient.
