Hello/Bonjour, potential student! I have 6 1/2 years of experience as a French teacher, most recently having taught at a private Catholic high school. In addition to my teaching experience, I have done official public school district homebound instruction (for students that cannot attend regular high school for health related reasons) for 2 years. I tutored officially after school for students on campus as well, in various subjects. I have been tutoring through WyzAnt for over 9 years now and very much enjoy it!

My philosophy of tutoring is to tailor the lessons to meet your needs. Every student learns in his or her own way and I do my best to present the topics in the way that works best for each.

I have both lived and taught (English as foreign language) in France, and enjoy helping students from all different backgrounds. I graduated from Missouri State University with a 3.62 overall (4 point scale), thus I feel that I am qualified to tutor in many areas. At the end of December 2014, I earned my Masters in Educational Technology, with distinction.

I look forward to helping you achieve success in your subjects, so please contact me as soon as you are ready to learn!

Online tutoring hours available for late night help, even on short notice--just ask!

My schedule fluctuates often and fills quickly (first come, first serve basis), thus the calendar on here may not reflect actual availability.

Helpful ACT Review

I love that we focus primarily on skills and reviewing information that I have forgotten from previous years. I feel I can really shape the tutoring session the way I want to and focus on what I need to focus on- unlike a class where it is more generalized.
