I earned my doctoral degree in 2016 and published my dissertation focusing on family caregivers for combat disabled veterans. My PhD was conferred with distinction, my master’s degree in counseling psychology was awarded with a cumulative GPA 3.98. I have multiple undergraduate degrees ranging from modern foreign languages, Biblical studies including individual & Organizational communications. Hello! I am Dr. Cheryl!

I earned my doctoral degree in 2016 and published my dissertation focusing on family caregivers for combat disabled veterans. My PhD was conferred with distinction, my master’s degree in counseling psychology was awarded with a cumulative GPA 3.98. I have multiple undergraduate degrees ranging from modern foreign languages, Biblical studies including individual & Organizational communications. Along the journey, I also became a “high designer” in the floral industry and now I continue learning with Chaplaincy and Emergency Management Response. Once we learn something…it is ours to share! I am a certified Montessori teacher modeling the love of learning with each student through self-discipline, self-motivation, and the love of learning. So many times, it is possible to “get stuck” trying to learn what becomes a difficult subject because we just need to look at the subject from a different angle- then the “Aha” moment happens!

I have been coaching and teaching high school, college, graduate students from teens to adults. In the past five years. I have taught hundreds of students in thousands of sessions. I have had to honor of working with 75 AP Psychology candidates English composition in high school, college and thesis or dissertations in graduate school as well as Biblical studies. I maintain long-term tutoring, many throughout high school, college, and graduate school. I tailor my approach to your needs, your personality, your interests, and together, we set goals and objectives for YOU to meet your targets.
