My expertise is in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Excel, Algebra, and Taxation. I am highly proficient in solving problems that involve Time Value of Money (TVM) issues (i.e. NPV APV etc), Bonds and the Gordon Growth model, Financial modeling, LBO, DCF, and multiples approaches to valuations. I can also help you understand options (puts and calls).

If you have an imagination, you can overcome any challenge you may be facing. Learning to look at a problem in different ways helps remove the “mental block” so that you have a better understanding of the problem. There are many ways to solve a problem, you just have to have an imagination.

As an entrepreneurial and senior corporate finance professional, with over 15+ years of experience in business, manufacturing, real estate, and e-commerce, I have served as Accounting Manager, Controller and have been President of several entrepreneurial ventures with plenty of hands-on experience in problem-solving.

If you are struggling with problems in Business, Corporate Finance, Excel, Algebra, or Taxation, you will benefit from my hands-on experience working in these areas.

I enjoy football, I am a Bears fan, an armchair basketball fan, and I play chess. I have traveled to 3 continents and would love to travel through South America one day.
