My tutoring style is very individualized to the student that I am working with and based upon what the needs and goals are. We start our first session discussing goals and desired outcomes and making a tutoring plan to support those goals. I typically like to progress monitor students formally at least once a month to make sure that we are on target with goals and making any necessary adjustments.
