Darrian is a poet an native Chicagoan. He is a fellow of The Watering Hole and a former New York City Teaching Fellow. His poems and essays have been featured in The Feminist Wire, Word Riot and anthologized in Electronic Corpse: Poems from a Digital Salon among others online and in print. He earned his BA degree from Bradley University (2011) and has held faculty positions teaching on the primary, secondary and university levels.
