I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Methodist College in Peoria, IL, and a Master of Law degree from East Siberian State Technological University in Russia. I am currently pursuing my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree at Walden University and an MBA. My educational background has equipped me with strong critical thinking, communication, and interdisciplinary teaching skills, especially in science, health, psychology, and legal studies.

I have several years of tutoring and teaching experience across different settings. From 2014 to 2020, I worked as a pharmacy technician and medical assistant, during which I trained new staff members and explained complex medical procedures and pharmacological concepts in simple, understandable terms. In Russia, I worked as a public policy advisor and project manager, where I led training sessions for young professionals and facilitated community education workshops. Additionally, I have volunteered as a peer mentor and tutor for fellow nursing students, helping them with pharmacology, pathophysiology, and clinical documentation.

I have tutored students ranging in age from high school to adult learners, both one-on-one and in small group settings, including virtual formats. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on breaking down complex material, using real-life examples, and promoting active engagement through questions and discussion. I tailor my methods based on the learner's goals, pace, and preferred learning style. My experience as a mother of two neurodivergent children also informs my ability to provide patient, flexible, and inclusive support for diverse learners.
