A Game-Changer for Interview Prep!
Adam was a fantastic resource for my interview prep. It was clear from our sessions that his background in public speaking, communication coaching, and speech and debate really came through. His approach of asking insightful questions and providing feedback on everything from my answers to my eye-to-camera focus was invaluable. The option to record our sessions was particularly helpful, as it allowed me to go back and see myself and truly reflect on his suggestions. I had two sessions with Adam and noticed a significant difference in my confidence and delivery between the two. He helped me recognize how my answers started less confident but built up, and with his guidance, I was able to improve on this. He's a very down-to-earth person and easy to talk to, which made the process comfortable. He provided valuable feedback I hadn't paid attention to or thought about before, and with the information he gave me, I was able to improve my preparation and feel ready for my interviews. Outstanding Debate Tutor!
I am a law student with no prior background in law. Working with Adam has been a very valuable decision in terms of time and ROI. He is patient, reliable, and flexible with his scheduling. When I have an upcoming debate and need extra last-minute prep, he finds a way to fit me in - which has been a huge help! As a student who works full time, I am very careful where I invest my time, and every session has proven worthwhile. When I bring him arguments, he breaks them down step by step, pointing out perspectives I hadn't considered. More than once, his advice has matched almost exactly what my professors later suggested. I often leave his sessions with something I can implement right away. Overall, my confidence has grown significantly in my argument skills since we first started. I highly recommend!

Adam arrived on time on the first trial session but came unprepared. His instruction lacked substance, as he repeated minor points without introducing new material. He also forgot my daughter’s name, which reflected a lack of attentiveness. When I requested a refund in line with Wyzant’s policy, he declined. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and we will not be continuing lessons.
