I taught Math & Physics part time at two different colleges with class sizes of 20-200 students. I also held office hours in which I helped my students overcome problems they were struggling with. I am extremely gifted at working with students one on one.
I have an innate ability of understanding how my student is thinking which helps me guide them to the correct solution. Since I have worked with so many students, I know how to best tailor my approach to fit my student’s personality.
We can work out problems and methods that my student is struggling with. We can also use the extra time to practice and get ahead. I’ve found that teasing out upcoming material helps my students absorb more effectively in the classroom. My goal is to not just tutor but to help my students master the material. This brings me joy!!!
