I’m Ethan! I graduated in the top 10% of my class at University of Michigan in 2022 with a degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. I am a current second year medical student at Loyola University of Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine. I have been tutoring students in science courses such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology and genetics since I was an undergraduate, and that tutoring has continued into medical school courses. I have tutored students whose education level ranges from high school to medical school.
I try and tailor my tutoring approach to best meet the needs of the student I am working with. I like to spend some time in the first session to get to know the student and learn where the student feels they need the most attention. I try and provide practice problems when applicable, and various supplemental resources to help further explain difficult concepts in a different way than traditional lecture content. I also highly encourage feedback from students and parents on how my tutoring style is working, or what can be improved.
I am easy to reach and will always provide fast responses. I am available most evenings during the week, and Saturday mornings. I look forward to meeting and working together to achieve your educational goals!
