I used another online Spanish tutor from a larger company for months, and I realized that I wasn't getting anywhere, which left me frustrated. I ended up quitting. My struggles brought me back to my terrible performance in school. (I'm in my 50s now.) With a little research and talking to others, I realized that I have some mild learning disabilities. I decided to give it another shot, and I looked specifically for someone that could help a student that learns differently. I found Susan. I've been working with her for months, and I'm so glad I found her! The best part about working with Susan is her huge bag of tricks. She understands different types of learners, and she is able to be flexible and accommodate my often squirrel-like brain! Thanks to her experience and intuition, she is in tune with the way I process information, and she keeps me interested and focused on the lesson. No small feat for a busy professional whose mind is always racing in a thousand directions!

Fantastic Spanish Tutor!
Susan is a fantastic Spanish Tutor! She is very knowledgeable and helped my daughter excel in Spanish 2 semesters 1 and 2. I reached out to Susan when my daughter was having some problems in Spanish 2. Susan quickly determined where my daughter was struggling and developed an action plan to help her learn the concepts. Susan was very flexible and was able to meet with my daughter when she was available. Susan would also contact me and provide feedback on how my daughter was progressing and where she needed to focus. Susan is the best teacher we have worked with on Wyzant. She did a wonderful job in helping my daughter with Spanish 2.
