Basketball is my passion. I pursue it as a hobby, but I take it seriously. It is a lifestyle, not just something that a person does. As a tutor, I will help each student with excellence and integrity for the game of basketball. I will not pose as if I know everything, nor will I "wing" an answer to a question I do not know. As a tutor, I also intend to continue a personal study habit that will increase my ability to tutor each individual to my best ability. I am open to any new findings...

As a tutor, I will help each student with excellence and integrity for the game of basketball. I will not pose as if I know everything, nor will I "wing" an answer to a question I do not know. As a tutor, I also intend to continue a personal study habit that will increase my ability to tutor each individual to my best ability. I am open to any new findings that the student proposes.
I intend to coach the student(s) in a way that helps them to develop a "blue collar worker's mentality". This means I will implement workouts and drills that emphasize the importance of hustle and performing tasks that receive little glory (box-out drills, close out drills, and diving drills). Footwork drills, jumping drills, and hand/eye coordination drills will also be implemented. I hope to help each student to develop a mentality that says "I will challenge my opponent to work for everything he or she gets." I also hope to help each student to believe that arrogance and other unsportsmanlike-like conduct is not necessary to be the best compatible athlete that he or she can be. I desire to encourage integrity in each student.
I am not a coach; however, I am an experienced athlete in basketball at the high school level and collegiate level.
