I earned my Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Illinois Chicago, where I completed extensive coursework in biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, physics, and mathematics. My science background helps me explain difficult concepts in a way that is easier to understand and connect to real-world examples. I work with students who may need help with homework, test preparation, strengthening foundational skills, or simply becoming more confident in subjects that feel challenging.

I also have several years of teaching experience as a swim instructor, working with children from preschool age through the teenage years in both one-on-one and small-group settings. This experience taught me how to be patient, flexible, and attentive to different learning styles. I have worked with students who learn quickly, students who need concepts explained in multiple ways, and students who need extra encouragement before they feel comfortable participating and asking questions.
