My approach is to guide the student toward the proper steps needed to answer either conceptual multiple-choice or free-response questions. First, I make sure you understand the main concepts. Then we will apply these concepts to HW problems. I clarify the way that equations can be used to solve the HW. There are often two ways to solve most of them. I try to show you the easiest and usually the quickest way to do that. Al is very patient and thorough

Al taught Physics and was very detailed and attentive. He also recommended a book to help guide me through the material I was trying to master. I feel more confident. He also encouraged me and confirmed that I was getting the material as I went step by step towards the answer. He is a great tutor and I feel I can improve my grade with his help.

Very good physics tutor

My son is frustrated wz physics class but getting confident after Mr.Al’s tutoring. My son hopes to his tutoring continuously bcs he didn’t understand the class at school.

Great Experience, highly recommended

Al gave my son materials that his own teacher had not given him. He answered all questions in a way that he could understand and also told him what lessons to expect in the future.

Elisa, 1 lesson with Al

Experienced and patient teacher

Al is excellent at explaining difficult physics concepts and walked me through problems using real-world applications. His focus on and experience with the FRQs really gave me an edge on the AP Physics exam.

Great teacher

Ai teach my daughter AP physics, my daughter says he is very helpful. It helps her understand a lot better about AP physical and how to solve those questions. I highly recommended Ai to any students who needs help on AP physics.

Short notice help

Al responded very fast and jumped in and helped daughter further prep for an exam. She said he explained things very well!

Jason, 1 lesson with Al

very helpful

I was looking for last minute help with AP physics right before the exam. Al was super helpful explaining a few problems I was struggling with.

Great tutor, goes at your own pace, very patient

Personally, I take much longer than my classmates to understand content. I feel like my teacher gets frustrated with me, and that he doesn’t want to help. But when I met with Al, he was very patient, allowed me to learn at my own pace, and applied his knowledge to my questions very clearly. Never using a different tutor, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Goes at the pace of the student

Al is very knowledgeable and is able to explain at the pace of the student. He is working with my son for Physics and it helps take the assignments and understand the material.
