Hi! My name is Katherine, and I have over 15 years of experience supporting children with a wide range of learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. I’ve worked in both general and special education settings, helping students build confidence in reading, communication, and daily learning skills.

I currently work in a specialized program supporting students ages 3–21 with autism, emotional needs, and developmental disabilities. I also spent 14 years with Little Friends Inc., where I served as both a teacher and teacher assistant.

I specialize in reading, phonics, social skills, executive functioning, and behavior support. I use structured, individualized strategies such as visual supports, positive reinforcement, and step-by-step instruction to meet each child’s unique needs.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where students feel successful, confident, and motivated to learn. I am passionate about helping each child grow at their own pace while building skills that carry over into everyday life.
