As a current psychology and economics student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I bring both strong academic foundations and a passion for helping students master complex material with clarity and confidence. I graduated from Naperville Central High School with a 4.0+ GPA, earning 5s on AP World History, U.S. History, U.S. Government, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and English Language, as well as a 1540 SAT score. These experiences not only strengthened my grasp of critical reading, analytical writing, and economic reasoning but also taught me effective study strategies that I now enjoy passing on to others.

Beyond academics, I’ve developed strong communication and mentoring skills through leadership and professional experiences. As Co-Founder and CEO of The Happy Box, I led a team in developing an educational business that reached dozens of families and earned a $1,000 scholarship for entrepreneurial excellence. My roles with the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and The PowerUp Project further honed my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and work patiently with people of all ages and backgrounds. These experiences help me adapt my teaching style to each student’s individual learning pace and goals.

My tutoring approach is rooted in engagement, structure, and confidence-building. I focus on helping students not only understand the “what” but the “why” behind concepts, whether it’s tracing global historical patterns, writing high scoring essays, or applying economic models to real-world situations.
