I have found a question-based pedagogy to be most effective for my students. I first assess what they know and how they approach a problem, then guide them through logical reasoning to reach a solution on their own. I have learned that every student learns differently, so I get to know each of my students and figure out what learning style works best for them. I don't only help students work through problems, but find and address the underlying issues in their understanding.
I am also interested in tutoring for the SAT, and I can tutor for all sections. I am familiar with taking digitized standardized tests, and I personally scored a 1570 on the SAT.
