I’m a highly experienced neonatal ICU nurse and nursing educator with over 10 years of hands-on clinical experience and 5+ years teaching at the collegiate level. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education, and I am passionate about helping nursing students succeed—both in the classroom and on the NCLEX.

My background includes working in a high-acuity NICU setting, where critical thinking, precision, and confidence are essential. In addition to bedside care, I have spent the past 5 years teaching nursing students at Elmhurst and Loyola University, as well as precepting and mentoring new graduate nurses as they transition into practice.
