Hi there! My name is Zakariya, and I'm currently a second-year medical student at Loyola University Chicago. I have a strong academic background in the sciences, with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences from Loyola as well. Throughout my academic journey, I've developed a deep understanding of subjects like microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, and general biology - from the introductory level all the way to graduate coursework. I'm also well-prepared to tutor general chemistry at the undergraduate level. While I began tutoring in high school through Mathnasium, where I worked with elementary, middle and high school students. As such, I'm happy to tutor basic math and algebra for young students who need help building a strong foundation in those areas. I now specialize in premedical and life sciences.
