Hi there! I'm Ms. Aubry.
In addition to being Ms. Aubry, I am currently a graduate student pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Education (MATELED) degree. To date, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Animal Science. With an undergraduate degree focused in an area of study that is heavily rooted scientific foundations, I have had the ability to create and cultivate a unique perspective to the learning journey. It has given me the ability to find the importance of not only being logistically rooted in academic principles; but also, in nurturing the magic, curiosity, and passion that comes along with learning.
I began my teaching journey in October 2021 as an Early Literacy Interventionist with Innovations for Learning, where I provided one-on-one, individualized tutoring to elementary school students to improve their literacy skills. In March 2023, I transitioned into a second-grade classroom as a long-term substitute teacher, and for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years, I have proudly served as the lead second-grade teacher in the solo monolingual classroom for the grade.
My experiences have allowed me to work closely with young learners, fostering their academic growth and confidence. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore and grow.
I’m excited to bring my passion for teaching and my experience to help your child achieve their academic goals and discover the joy of learning!
