Hello! I am a student at Lake Forest College who is Majoring in both Chemistry and Computer Science. I went to Highschool in Colorado and graduated with a IB Diploma after completing the rigorous Internation Baccalaureate Program. After graduating I came to Lake Forest Illinois to pursue my dreams of becoming a College Professor. I currently work as a Chemistry tutor here at my college and I am also contracted out to Highschool and College students in my area. I have been tutoring for about a year and a half at my College and I love it! The ability to make students confident in themselves when before they were confused is always a motivation of mine. I have a 4.0 GPA as a Senior in college, and I plan to continue on to Graduate school once I have finished my undergraduate degree.
I find that the most important item when tutoring is to be able to make both a connection with the students as well as boost their confidence in themselves.
