My name is Rodger, and I have over 30 years in Pr-K through 12 education as a teacher, resource specialist, alternative residential school developer, athletic coach, and Principal. I have tutoring experience as well as offering my services as substitute availability with school districts. I have a background in classroom management development for both teachers and districts that include behavior management plans school wide.

I love the one-to-one development of a student's potential to help them achieve their potential. I have high reasonable expectations. I understand that each child learns uniquely through all learning modalities.

My background as a Teacher, Resource Specialist and Reading Tutor/Teacher gives me the confidence to understand the varied issues that come with learning.

My certifications are in the area of Learning Disability and Behavioral issues, and Educational Supervision and Administration. My experience as a Principal was to start and develop a Therapeutic Day School working with up to eighteen school districts in five counties. The school had a center for Autism Spectrum and Multiple Needs and a center for Social Emotional issues for students from Pr-K to age 21. There was a clinical staff in addition to fully support and develop each student for their full potential.

In addition I have started and developed a residential classroom program for students age 5- 12 who were wards of the state. My job was to setup and run the classroom learning environment.
