In addition, during my career I was called upon on numerous occasions to mentor and/or train less-experienced staff in writing programs incorporating a wide variety of mathematical techniques and algebraic formulas.

Regarding my tutoring of young students, my experience includes having worked as a Peer Tutor in both high school and college. Additionally, over the years I have performed freelance Math and English Composition tutoring for elementary, middle school, and high school students via word-of-mouth referrals.

Currently, my primary areas of tutoring expertise are Math and English Composition at both the elementary and middle school levels.

Based on these essential building blocks, I utilize a variety of techniques for gaining mastery, including assisting in the completion of daily homework assignments, offering short quiz-type questions, working through chapter/lesson review exercises, and administering mock and/or chapter review tests for exam preparation. I possess a strong proficiency in helping students who are struggling with a particular topic and/or problem-solving technique. I take great pride in assisting every student I work with develop mastery in any area of academic challenge he or she encounters!

I possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Programming with a minor in Mathematics, along with a wide-ranging liberal arts educational background characterized by a consistently outstanding record of academic excellence. Additionally, my personal/professional strengths include both an inherent aptitude and i
