I am a dedicated educator with a strong academic and professional background, having graduated cum laude with my Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. During my time in college, I served as a research assistant, where my work focused on the role of technology in enhancing children’s education. This experience shaped my approach to teaching, allowing me to thoughtfully integrate innovative tools and strategies that support student learning in meaningful and engaging ways.
Currently, I teach in a 5th grade public school classroom, where I work closely with students who require individualized support through IEPs and 504 plans. This has strengthened my ability to differentiate instruction, adapt to diverse learning needs, and create an inclusive environment where every student can succeed. Over the past several years, I have also tutored students in a variety of subjects, helping them build confidence and improve their academic skills.
