I am a clarinet teacher and performer with many years of experience who is highly skilled at promoting creative expression among students of all ages. In 2009, I graduated from Roosevelt University (orchestral studies program). Prior to coming to the US in 2007 I graduated from Moscow State classical Academy Maimonid (Masters degree). In 2004, while I was in school I won an Associate Principal clarinet position with the Moscow Symphony orchestra. I had toured many European countries, Asia and US while I was working with the Moscow Symphony Orchestra. While I was in student at Roosevelt University I won an audition for Civic orchestra of Chicago. While I was in Civic orchestra I played as a soloist with the Chicago Symphony orchestra (Mozart Sinfonia Concertante for Four Winds). After graduating from Roosevelt University I won 2nd/ e-flat clarinet position in South Bend Symphony orchestra. In 2013-14, 2014-15, I got two one year positions playing second clarinet with Chicago Lyric Opera orchestra. In 2016 I won Principal clarinet Position with Des Moines Metro opera and year later I got a principal clarinet Position with Sarasota Opera orchestra where I worked for six seasons. Since 2019 I am a principal clarinetist with the Chicago Philharmonic orchestra.
