I’m an electrical engineer who specialized and excelled in math and science throughout my high school and college academics. I excelled in all high school and college math courses, even tutoring my fellow classmates. I graduated University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with highest honors earning a BS in Electrical Engineering with a 3.92 GPA. I am fortunate since math and science come easy to me. I continue to use applied math and science every day in my profession. Math and science are so important in the field of engineering and applied engineering. I love math and how math dictates the scientific approach. By using math everyday in my job, I keep it fresh in my mind.

I have been tutoring high school and college level math for almost 5 years. I understand how to condense very difficult concepts and transform them into simplified and achievable methods. While there aren’t tricks or shortcuts, I have a knack of taking abstract concepts and breaking them into easily understandable parts. Math doesn’t need to be difficult, it’s based on rules. Math always follows a set of rules, so once we understand the rules….the complex math problems become easy to dissect. Math is foundational and that’s where we start wish every problem. Let’s focus on what we know and build from there. I make sure that we take thing slow and go through every step, regardless of if it seems easy or not. Repetition is key. I only work at the pace of my student. I’m not here to teach you my way. I want to help you find your methodology to solving math problems and feeling confident doing so. Let’s find what works for you to succeed!
