Bio

I have been teaching and tutoring Mathematics and Statistics for more than 20 years. I have a pure Statistics background (BS, MS, PhD). I also was a professor for 9 years until I decided to have a career in clinical research as a Statistician. I had a perfect score in the Quantitative Reasoning portion of the GRE. I love teaching Mathematics and Statistics but I like to inspire students to earn the skill set they need and not get intimidated by numbers or symbols.

I have been teaching and tutoring Mathematics and Statistics for more than 20 years. I have a pure Statistics background (BS, MS, PhD). I also was a professor for 9 years until I decided to have a career in clinical research as a Statistician. I had a perfect score in the Quantitative Reasoning portion of the GRE. I love teaching Mathematics and Statistics but I like to inspire students to earn the skill set they need and not get intimidated by numbers or symbols.

I had students before who did not like Math and were not motivated enough to study it. I was able to help them not only appreciate Mathematics and Statistics but even ace their assignments, exams, and even get a final grade of A in their subjects. I perceive tutoring as coaching and sharing my experience through various teaching and learning techniques. I would have not tutored for more than half my life if my students did not achieve success in their subjects.
