My personality in my own classroom was always "respect" first then, meaningful, FUN learning will always take place! What I mean by this is that one needs to feel comfortable before he/she can learn. Opening an effective line of communication and a compassion for learning together, promotes a structured learning environment. Myself and the person I am tutoring will focus on establishing a relationship first. Then, we will learn together. I love what I do, therefore I teach. I am enthusiastic and down to Earth with struggling students. They NEED to feel comfortable with their own learning. A good working relationship that fosters respect WILL make that happen. No matter how difficult or apprehensive one might be, I will try my VERY BEST to assist and guide him/her through their learning struggles. I love a challenging student.
