My main goal in helping people to use computers is to try to maximize the time spent on computers by using computers to increase overall efficiency. I also believe that it's important to be sincere and positive in the style that I exhibit when providing tutoring services.

I have worked in the computer software and services industries for 26 of the 27 years that have elapsed since I graduated from College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. For the last 10 years, I have focused on using Microsoft Access as a platform for designing customized software for clients and individuals.

My work as a tutor has been focused on developing and using software on personal computers. I have tutored a wide range of users that includes beginners and experts. The specific products with which I have had the most experience are Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
