My name is Anton J. U. DO MS. I am a first generation college graduate, first generation college athlete (soccer), first generation graduate student and first generation physician. I have a B.S. in Biochemistry from Lewis University, an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University and a D.O. in Osteopathic Medicine from TOURO College of Osteopathic Medicine.

I have thousands of hours of formal tutoring at all levels including: elementary (as young as 10 y/o), high school, undergraduate and graduate levels. I have taught in the classroom (up to 20 students) but my focus originally was with 1-on-1 tutoring and volunteering experiences at the high school and undergraduate level. In recent years, my focus has shifted to more graduate level tutoring and MCAT Test Prep where my passions lie. I had tutored these courses to medical and undergraduate students and enjoy revisiting these ever changing subjects to make me the best physician possible. To emphasize my passion for tutoring, I also am the Founder and CEO of Bridging the Gap Mentoring and Tutoring LLC a company focused on helping underserved youths that I started in 2020 to help combat the switch to online learning during the COVID Pandemic.

Students in the past have stated that my ability to make connections between the coursework and real life is something that separates my teaching method from other tutors and is something that I hope to incorporate into each session of my tutoring. I pride myself on the outcomes of my students success and enjoy teaching as a hobby. I have seen how our current educational system is failing its students and I want to help. I hope that I have the chance to work with you, as I promise it will be worth it.
