My name is Cre’Shaunda, and I bring a strong mix of academic expertise, real teaching experience, and a passion for helping students thrive. I hold three master’s degrees—MBA, MHA (Healthcare Informatics), and MSN (Care Coordination)—and I am completing my Doctor of Nursing Practice. I am also a Registered Nurse, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and TEFL Level 3 certified English instructor with 120+ hours of ESL and lesson-planning training.

I have spent more than 10 years teaching, tutoring, and mentoring learners from elementary school through graduate-level programs. My experience includes K–12 reading and writing support, ESL instruction for children and adults (A1–B2), college-level coaching, and professional training for nurses and healthcare teams. I have taught in one-on-one settings, small groups, online environments, and clinical classrooms, giving me a flexible approach that adapts to each student’s needs and learning style.

My tutoring style is student-centered, supportive, and structured. I break down complex topics into clear, manageable steps and use evidence-based methods such as scaffolded instruction, active recall, and real-world examples. For younger learners, I incorporate interactive and engaging activities; for teens and adults, I focus on confidence-building, critical thinking, and academic independence. I have experience supporting students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and English-language learners, and I always aim to create a patient and encouraging learning environment.
