I have graduated with a B.S. in Physics at Florida State under the Palmetto Fellow scholarship (GPA based). I performed a simulation analysis for beyond standard model particle physics as an undergraduate thesis before pursuing further education in the form of a master’s (will obtain this semester) and PhD in Professional Physics at Northern Illinois University.

I have not previously tutored in the explicit sense, but am currently a TA for undergraduates in entry level physics courses. I tend to be very welcoming and understanding, providing a lot of constructive feedback and trying to enable students to break down difficult concepts into easier pieces. I’m pretty flexible, and want to produce a friendly enough environment for students to speak their mind and ask questions freely.
The students I’ve taught are generally around the age of 17-19, although some students are older as a result of entering the university after gap years. I’ve been a TA for the past year or so, and it is my form of employment as I pursue my PhD!
