All this takes is a desire for better food that can be enjoyed around family and friends. I challenge those who want more than just microwave dinner to elevate your taste buds.

I have 10+ years experience in a commercial kitchen. I am food management certified. I have 3 years experience in Culinary Arts school.

I have 3 years of culinary school experience. I have been cooking commercially for 10 years and have been cooking at home since I was little. I am knowledgeable in variety of techniques with knifes and ways to cook different animals and vegetables. Animals I have experience cooking range from Chicken, Beef, and Pork to Lobster, Mussels, Lamb, Duck, and more.
