I am a professionally qualified Information Technology professional with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing multi-tier applications and system integration solutions for companies to achieve their overall strategy and road map. I have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri.
I was a tutor in Singapore for six years before I moved to the U.S. The subjects I tutored included Math, Physics, English and Chemistry. While at the University of Missouri, I was a teaching assistant, tutoring and giving lectures to undergraduates in various academic areas including Math, Science and English. I also began tutoring students in ACT and SAT and currently, I have about 4-5 years of experience in SAT and ACT. Teaching is a passion for me and I find great satisfaction in helping student achieve academic excellence.
I provide on one-on-one tutoring at the student's home on after 5pm on weekdays and on the weekends in the southwest suburbs. I also provide feedback to students/parents, and issue periodic progress reports to parents, to make sure that student is progressing towards his/her goals.
