I am Valentin, I am 29 years old and I am a certified Latin tutor.

I learned this language in school when I was 12 years old and since then, I have not stopped learning. From that moment I was teaching my most relegated colleagues, so that what began as a spontaneous favor became my vocation in life.

When I finished high school, I studied to be a certified teacher of classical languages, which also includes Ancient Greek (which I already knew from school) and Ancient World history. Then I started the career of Curatorship and Arts Management, which I am currently studying.

At the same time, I am a musician - I have played the violin since I was 8 years old - and I am also part of a male choir in which we sing religious music from the Renaissance, which is mainly in Latin. Who could say that Latin is a dead language? Every day I see his texts set to music by great composers and I see him come to life.

My leitmotif is to spread the knowledge of this wonderful ancient language, which opens the door to a very rich cultural universe. Our universe. The love that the ancients had for the arts, laws, and social order have forever marked our Western civilization.

I believe that this language is of great importance to be able to think clearly and to be able to understand our world today. The truths that were developed by the Greeks and Romans more than 2,000 years ago remain valid today more than ever.

I have 5 years of certified experience teaching this beautiful language, and 14 years since I started learning and teaching it.
