Hello! My name is Nicole and I am currently a fourth year medical student. I graduated from Boston University in 2020 with a degree in neuroscience and cum laude honors. In medical school and undergrad, I have tutored students privately and in group settings, as well as taught discussion sections as a student teaching assistant. Through this breadth of experiences, I have learned the importance of trying many different learning techniques for each unique student, and how successful this can be with the right patience and attitude. I am dedicated to helping you learn through a positive and supportive learning environment, and look forward to working together to help you achieve your goals!

I earned an A in Calculus II at Boston University, and a 4 on the AP Calculus AB exam. I have experience doing private tutoring in college level calculus I and II as well. I met with students throughout the semester to review the material regularly, and support in test prep and practice questions to get ahead on the material to make sure nothing slips between the cracks.

I have 8+ years experience as a chemistry, neuroscience, and physics C tutor starting with my time at Boston University. I have earned an A in organic chemistry, various neuroscience courses, epidemiology and physics in college as well.

I want to help students as much as possible because I have worked with such helpful tutors in my academic career, and understand how valuable it can be to have a support system understand your unique learning approach. Through being both the tutor and the student, I have learned various techniques and approaches that will teach effective study techniques and mastery of class material. Clear, Patient, Brilliant—Everything You Want in a Tutor
