Mr. Bounas cannot be described simply, nor will I be able to capture all of my sentiments in this short review. I will begin by simply stating, if you are struggling, dealing with classes that almost seem dooming, then I can guarantee you that Mr. Bounas is what you need. He is more than a tutor, he is a companion, guardian, guide. Now, let me expand on my experience. When I reached out to Mr. Bounas, I was at my wit's end. I had maintained a 4.0 in college for multiple years and was about to yield this success to a particularly tricky and disagreeable professor. Mentally and physically wrecked, I felt trapped in what seemed like an unavoidable doom. In my desperation, I reached out to Mr. Bounas. I've experienced tutors before, but none like Adam. His personal investment in your success and support is something I would wager you won't be able to find elsewhere. In a class where only 30% manage to pass, I am now near the top, and there's no doubt in my mind that this comfort and success are the notable effects of his great guidance and support. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and effective, and I can't thank him enough for what he's done for me. The viscerality of his insight is shocking, often I found myself befuddled by the deep insights his rigorous experience as a college professor of mathematics has granted him and his capability and willingness to share it. Wonderful tutor!

Multivariable Calculus is quite difficult, but Mr. Bounas brought me back up to speed in time for my upcoming test! He was very flexible to my learning needs, helping me with practice problems from my own class textbook, which he drew out and explained in detail. He comes prepared with his own practice problems and unit explainers, and was communicative even outside of our sessions. Overall, Mr. Bounas is a very knowledgeable and capable tutor, and I would rate him six stars if I could!

Adam was the ONLY tutor I could find on wyzant that was capable of effectively teaching me calc 3. I can not express how helpful he was. Adam was always free to schedule multiple meetings per week and could do several hour long sessions without losing any passion or patience in his teaching. He taught better than my university professor and he did it very efficiently over zoom. The notes I have from his sessions are some of the best notes I've ever taken. Adam also has a multitude of his own example problems that he would frequently send me. One of the best math teachers I have ever had 5 stars.

Adam is the best tutor I have tutored with. I am currently a Freshman in College taking Calculus and it has been very difficult for me. While I took Calculus in high school, I did not have a strong foundation of the subject. I was searching for extra help and I found Adam! Immediately he put me at ease in our first session. He helped me to break each concept down and explain every step thoroughly. He was willing to meet with me as much as I needed so that I could feel prepared for my exams.
