I have been writing and delivering speeches, poetry, essays, and articles professionally for the past 7 years. Before that, I was the Valedictorian of my high school graduation and also spent significant time preparing and delivering speeches as the school's 'Head Girl' (most outstanding Senior). My leadership positions all through University also established the stage as my home as I led as President of the School of Architecture's Student Association. I would also work part-time as a stage host for cultural and educational events. In 2015, I won a national pageant that saw me having 3-5 speaking engagements a week on stage, television, or radio for an entire year. My experience working as a Brand Manager in the advertising and marketing industry makes me keen on preparing copy (text) for a wide array of purposes. Combined with my decades-long training as a Modern Dancer, I am incredibly in tune with the ways our bodies, expressions, and tone can communicate the most nuanced intentions.
