After I graduated from a U.S. high school, I moved to Guatemala to study Spanish and teach English. Before the big move, I had been an after-school tutor for high school and middle school students. Now that teaching has become my primary responsibility, my relationship with teaching has changed. No longer just a job, teaching has become a real love and the classroom has become my happy place. While in Guatemala, I held a temporary teaching position, working with adolescent and adult learners. Since then, I have graduated college in the United States and continued tutoring ESL along with other subjects. And now I'm ready to reach more students by offering my services online!

After a 150-hour certification that included practical teaching, I can proudly say that I am TEFL/TESOL certified. I have 9 years of tutoring experience across a range of subjects and classroom teaching experience.
